Account and Data Deletion Request for Neilos

At Neilos, we respect your privacy and your right to manage your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated personal data, please follow the instructions below.

How to Delete Your Account and Data:

The primary way to delete your Neilos account and all associated data is directly within the app:

  1. Open the Neilos App on your device.
  2. Go to the Profile section.
  3. Look for an option like "Delete Account" at the bottom of the page"
  4. Follow the on-screen prompt to confirm your account deletion.
  5. Post clicking "Delete Account", all your data will be deleted in our servers, locally stored data will show up in that app session. post that, close and repoen the app

What Data Will Be Deleted:

Upon successful account deletion, all personal data directly associated with your Neilos Grocery account stored in our Firebase database will be permanently removed. This includes (but is not limited to):

Important Note: We may be required to retain certain data for a limited period due to legal, regulatory, or fraud prevention obligations. Any such retained data will be held securely and used only for those specific, legitimate purposes, and will not be accessible as part of your active account.

Alternative Deletion Request (if you cannot access the app):

If you are unable to access the app to delete your account (e.g., due to technical issues, or if you have uninstalled the app), you may submit a deletion request via email.
