Neilos is a platform that brings the freshness of farm-to-table produce directly to your home every morning. We source vegetables daily from local markets and farmers, pack them near your society, and deliver without any storage or middlemen.
We don’t keep stock in cold storage. Every vegetable is bought fresh early morning and delivered within hours. This ensures better freshness, taste, and price — just like traditional farmers once sold door to door.
You can place orders anytime before 12 PM for next-day morning delivery.
Yes! You can schedule dairy, fruits, and vegetables to repeat:

The Meal Plan section helps you plan dishes for the week. You can pick items like “Stuffed Paratha on Monday Morning” and save your meal plan.
The app will automatically alternate amongst stuffed paratha options every week (Aloo Paratha, Menthi Paratha, etc) add the right quanttities of vegetables needed for your family size.
You can top up your wallet using any UPI or Card. The amount is deducted automatically after each delivery based on the exact weight of the items you receive.
The price shown on the app is for a standard weight (e.g. 250g, etc). Some items (like cauliflower or pumpkin) vary slightly in weight. The final amount is adjusted according to the actual delivered weight — no hidden charges.
The prices of vegetables and fruits can change daily based on market conditions. Since your meal kit price is calculated using the latest prices of each ingredient, the total may vary slightly (usually within 5%).
The final price shown a day before delivery will be the actual amount charged. Also, please note that prices shown are based on standard quantities, and the final bill is adjusted as per the exact weight of items delivered.
Deliveries start at 6 AM and usually complete by 8 AM
